These terms apply to WATKE digital travel briefs and itinerary-credit purchases.
Service and eligibility
WATKE provides AI-assisted planning information. You must provide accurate trip and citizenship details and be legally able to enter a purchase agreement.
Itinerary credits
Each successful generation uses one credit. Every account receives one complimentary credit. Purchased credits are personal to the account, non-transferable and have no cash value.
Prices and payment
Displayed prices are in Indian rupees and include 18% GST. The final amount, billing details and payment-provider terms are shown before payment. Access is delivered digitally after confirmed payment.
Travel information
AI output may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Visa, health, safety, weather, geopolitical and embassy information must be verified with official authorities. WATKE is not a booking confirmation, legal opinion or guarantee of entry.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass credit limits, resell consumer credits, interfere with the platform or use generated material unlawfully.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stay Circle Travel is not liable for decisions made solely from AI-generated guidance, third-party changes, travel disruption or indirect losses.
