This notice explains the information WATKE uses to create, save and deliver travel briefs.
Information collected
We process account details, destination and dates, citizenship, travel preferences, party size, notes, generated briefs and credit balance. When checkout launches, the payment provider will process payment and billing information.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate accounts, generate and save requested itineraries, manage credits, prevent misuse, provide support and meet tax or legal obligations.
AI and service providers
Trip inputs are sent to contracted AI and hosting services only as needed to deliver WATKE. Payment details will be handled by the selected payment gateway; WATKE will not store complete card numbers.
Retention and choices
Saved briefs and account records are retained while needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact page, subject to required transaction retention.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
